The New Center of Culture, Commerce and Connection

At the crossroads of Orange County, just off the 405 at Bolsa Avenue and Edwards Stret, Bolsa Pacific is a proposed mixed-use community undergoing review and pending approvals by the City of Westminster. The plan brings together contemporary homes, a hotel and a vibrant mix of shops and dining in an expansive, open-air setting. Retail

A next-generation Target is proposed to anchor a collection of local boutiques, all centered around a lively open space that blends the familiar with the uniquely Southern California. As the project moves through review by the City of Westminster, the retail experience is being shaped to create a fresh, walkable destination full of discovery.

Living

From contemporary apartments and inviting townhomes to affordable homes and a planned hotel, Bolsa Pacific offers a mix of living options designed around modern amenities, co-working spaces and open-air comfort. The residential program is being evaluated through the city’s approval process to support a range of lifestyles within a connected neighborhood.

Open space

Built around Orange County’s ideal climate, Bolsa Pacific’s proposed urban park, event plaza, promenade, and network of walking paths and paseos are designed to encourage fresh-air moments —from morning walks to fitness breaks and weekend lounging. These open spaces are part of the overall plan under consideration by the City of Westminster.

Dining

At the heart of the community, a proposed 15,000-square-foot food hall is complemented by cafés, restaurants and food trucks, bringing fresh, local flavor to a range of experiences. As plans continue to be refined through the city’s review process, the dining concept is intended to create a lively, social atmosphere reflective of Orange County’s character.

Events

From farmers markets and block parties to live music and movie nights, Bolsa Pacific’s proposed urban park, event plaza, and amphitheater are designed to bring the community together. These gathering spaces are being considered as part of the overall project under review by the City of Westminster to support a vibrant and inclusive community experience.
